Technical Customer Success Manager

As a Technical Customer Success Manager, you will proactively drive new product attachment and effective strong relationships across our existing customer base through on-boarding, training and day-to-day support. You’ll advocate for the customer internally and focus on a positive customer experience. Interactions are rooted in relationship-management, first and foremost, while also advocating for growth opportunities. Customer Success Managers follow a well-defined methodology that helps them identify the customer's unique needs and clearly convey the value of Cost Center’s product.
Product Adoption: Lead onboarding and product training of our solutions within business partners’ organizations, leveraging your consulting background to drive strategic alignment and maximize value realization. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and adoption, delivering measurable results that exceed client expectations.
Customer Support: Act as the first point of contact when platform issues arise; Able to file, triage, manage and follow up on bug reports independently
Client Advocacy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advocate for business partners-centric enhancements and initiatives that enhance the overall customer experience.
Account Management: Be accountable for driving retention, supporting activation and realization, and identifying new expansion opportunities. Monitor and identify usage trends to uncover renewal risks and promote greater adoption rates
Who you are?
- Minimum of 3 years experience in customer success and support
- Good understanding of mobile gaming industry especially user acquisition, creative and game optimisation
- A strong communicator with excellent attention to detail
- Motivated by building long-term and long-lasting relationships
- Driven by the opportunity to make a visible impact with your work
- Customer-minded, always aiming to provide the most value possible
- Excited by working in an ever-evolving and fluid solution-focused environment
- A native Vietnamese speaker and fluent in English
